A camper cannot be younger than the age of  7 or older than 15 as of July 6, 2008 to be accepted to camp.

Pre-register by clicking here. After pre-registering, additional forms will need to be completed.  You can either download them by going to Step 2 or request them to be mailed to you through the pre-registration form.

Step 2
To download and print a Camp Kno-Koma Application Packet you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to view, navigate, and print PDF files across all major computing platforms. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat please download it for free by clicking below.

Camp costs approximately $550 per camper; we are able to offer subsidized rates for camp due to the many donors that support our program.  We extend our gratitude for all the donors and volunteers that make camp possible.  

In State Residents:  $275.00 if paid by May 31, $325.00 after payment deadline
Note: Out of State Residents which either reside in counties which border WV or who are serviced by WV Healthcare Agencies are considered in state residents.

Out of State Residents:  $400.00 if paid by May 31, $450.00 after payment deadline

 Limited scholarships are available to families who qualify.  WV reduced or free school lunch forms must be completed to determine eligibility.  Priority is given to West Virginia residents.  If no form is submitted we will assume no aid is needed.  Priority deadline for scholarships is May 31.  After priority deadline, limited partial scholarships may be available on a case by case basis only.
